No, and nobody selling consultancy should say otherwise. We prepare your system, your documents and your evidence, and we get you audit-ready. An independent, accredited certification body audits the system and issues the certificate. We are not a certification body.
Two reasons. We are a newer practice and we price to win the work, not to match the incumbents. And we prepare the documentation using our own tooling, so the hours that other firms bill for are simply fewer. It is the same deliverable at a lower cost, not a cut-down version.
Usually six to ten weeks from the first meeting to the certification audit. The main variable is how quickly your team can review and approve documents. Multi-site, or a large workforce, takes longer.
ISO 14001:2026 was published on 15 April 2026 and replaces the 2015 edition. Certificates to the 2015 edition have a three-year window to transition, ending around April 2029. We treat it as a gap review against the new edition — you will not be rebuilding from scratch.
If you genuinely need all three, yes — one integrated system is less work and less money than three separate ones, because the core documentation is shared. If you only need one right now, start with that one. We will tell you if you are buying something you do not need yet.
