Why three lines: We never mark the certification body's fee up, and we never hide it inside our own. When you hold more than one standard, their fee is normally shared across the audits rather than charged twice.
Each additional site is audited and needs its own records, inductions and registers. This is the biggest single variable.
The audit samples the work. Two shifts doing different jobs is genuinely more to cover than one.
Confined spaces, heights, hot work and chemicals need more depth in the risk assessments and controls.
We do not sell a bigger system than the standard requires, an annual retainer you do not need, or a scope wider than the request.
Stated carefully on purpose: eligibility is decided by the scheme, not by us.
What we will not do: Ask us which schemes your company can actually claim, and we will check rather than guess. If the answer is none, we will say none.
Sometimes — bodies set their own prices and some will quote differently for off-peak slots and for combined audits. It is your relationship with them, not ours, and we will tell you what to ask.
No. We recommend bodies on turnaround, competence in your industry and the fairness of their quotes, and we do not take commission. If a consultant is paid by the body they recommend, you are not getting independent advice.
We can do the internal audit and prepare you for the certification audit as a smaller engagement. Send us what you have and we will tell you honestly what is missing.
No. The readiness check is free, and quotations are in writing before you commit to anything.
Narrow the scope, run one standard rather than three, and use the documentation you already have. We will tell you when that route exists — it often does.
Send us the standard, the number of sites and roughly how many people are involved. You get a fixed fee, the list of what is included, and a clear note that the certification body bills you separately.
