Ark Private Consultancy prepares Singapore companies for BizSAFE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and PDPA/DPO certification. This page says exactly what we collect while doing that, and nothing about work we no longer do.
This website is operated by Wow! Works Pte Ltd (UEN 200406899Z). The ArkPrivate brand belongs to Kyly CST Pte Ltd (UEN 201942481M). Where this policy says "we", it means Wow! Works Pte Ltd acting under the ArkPrivate brand.
We are a consultancy. We prepare you for certification; we do not issue certificates, and we do not audit you. We hold no online payment account on this website, and nothing on this site takes a card.
When you contact us. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the email address you write from, your name and company if you give them, the standards you are asking about, and whatever you put in the message. The contact form also records the date and time.
Server logs. Like every website, our host records the standard technical log of each visit — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are kept by our host for security and operational purposes.
Website analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. It does not follow you to other websites.
What we do NOT collect. We do not run tracking cookies. We do not use advertising pixels. We do not buy contact lists about you, and we do not collect anything from children.
Until 22 September 2026 we offered security scanning and AI-protection tools, including a scan requested through a Telegram bot. Those services have been withdrawn. We no longer run a Telegram bot, we no longer perform scans, and no scan data is collected through this website. The only data we collect is described in section 2 above.
We keep this list short and honest. These are the only third parties that process data for us:
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with any certification body, Auditing Organisation or training provider without your instruction. We take no commission from them.
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 you may: ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used; ask us to correct it; withdraw consent to our holding it (we will then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it); and ask us to stop contacting you.
Write to support@arkprivate.com and say what you want. We answer ourselves, within one working day, and we act within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may raise the matter with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
Access to client material is limited to the people working on your engagement, held in a controlled repository with access logging, and protected by multi-factor authentication. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the Commission as the PDPA requires — we would rather say it plain than say it quiet.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Where a change affects an engagement already under way, we will tell the client directly.
