Line three · AI software customisation and implementation

The same fact, typed three times, wrong once.

If a job that matters to your company lives in a WhatsApp group, an Excel sheet and one person's memory, then the record exists three times and nobody can say which version is true. We build the smallest system that holds it once — around how your company already works, not around a template — and we prove it beside your old way before anything is switched off.

What it replaces, and what it refuses to be

What it replaces

Three places that do not talk to each other

An enquiry arrives by phone, gets typed into a sheet, gets re-typed into an invoice, and gets chased from somebody's memory. Every step is a place where the same fact can be wrong, and the correction never reaches the other two copies. One system, holding each fact in one place, removes the re-typing rather than speeding it up.

What it refuses to be

Not a subscription you bend your staff around

We are not selling seats on somebody else's product. The system is built for the process you actually run, and it is handed over with the code, the data and the accounts in your name. If you stop working with us, nothing stops working.

How it runs — four steps, and step three is the one that matters

1. Map the process as it is, including the mess

We sit with the person who actually does the work, follow one real job from start to finish, and write down every place a fact is copied. Not a wish list of features — the real path, including the shortcuts people take.

2. Build the smallest thing that holds the record once

One place to enter, one place to look. Where an AI step genuinely helps — reading a document, drafting, checking a figure — it is used for that step, and where it does not, it is left out rather than bolted on to look modern.

3. Run it beside the old way for two weeks

Two weeks in parallel, on real work, with the old sheet still open. Anything that does not survive those two weeks gets fixed before the switch. This is the step that most projects skip, and it is the only one that tells you whether it will be used.

4. Switch over, train two people, hand over

Two people who can run it without us, a one-page guide, and everything in your accounts. We stay for the first month of questions, and after that you are not dependent on us to keep it running.

If you are claiming a grant for this

The digitalisation bucket is the part of EDGE most systems like this land in, and it has rules of its own.

Three modules, or it is three tools

The scheme asks for an ERP solution with at least three modules involving software deployment and/or integration. A module is a distinct business function, actually deployed, sharing data with the others. Three apps that do not talk to each other are three single-function tools, and they compete for the same S$30,000 room.

The S$30,000 room inside S$100,000

EDGE caps a company at S$100,000 a financial year, and inside that at S$30,000 for single-function digital tools, integrated systems and pre-scoped equipment. At 50% support for an SME, the S$30,000 is reached at S$60,000 of qualifying spend.

Apply before the first invoice

Reimbursement, one final claim, after you have paid the vendor. Filings made after the work started are retrospective and not supported. If you are talking to us about a system, the grant conversation comes first, not afterwards.

Full detail, including what is asked for at claim, is on the grants page.

Send us one process, and we will tell you what it would take

One paragraph is enough: what happens now, how often, and who does it. You get a straight answer — including “a spreadsheet is fine, do not build this” if that is the truth.

The grant note

Every scheme, and what changed since the last note.

One email a week at most: what the government is offering an SME this month, which schemes have closed, and the one thing to check before you spend — in the order that keeps the claim valid. No pitch, and nothing about our own fees.

Your address is kept for this note only. We record the date, and the exact words you agreed to.
