A private question channel. Answers come from a person, not a queue.
You have a question you would rather not put in an email to a consultancy, because the moment you ask it, someone starts selling. Ask it here instead. One question, in your own words, and the answer comes back to you alone.
Nobody sees your question but us. It is not posted anywhere. There is no wall, no board and no thread for others to read.
We publish only if you say yes — and when we do, your company name never appears and neither does anything that identifies you. Most questions stay private, and that is fine.
We work in five areas, and a question about any of them is fair:
Every line of our work starts in the same place now: five questions, about two minutes, and a reference number you can quote back to us. Nothing is asked of you twice.
Prefer to write? support@arkprivate.com reaches the same inbox.
A straight answer to the question you asked, normally within one working day, from someone who has done the work rather than read about it. If the honest answer is "you are not eligible yet, and here is the thing that has to change first", that is what you will get. No pitch is attached to it.
If your question needs more than an answer — a document read, a claim checked, a system specified — we will say so and tell you what it would cost. You are never signed up to anything by asking.
Nothing to ask your question. No form beyond this one, no documents, no licence numbers, no certificates, no call booked before you have an answer. If we ever need something from you, it is after you have decided to work with us — and not before.
By sending this you agree we may hold what you write so we can answer it, as described in our Privacy Policy. Ask us to delete it and we will, answered or not. Prefer plain email? support@arkprivate.com reaches the same inbox.
The grant note
One email a week at most: what the government is offering an SME this month, which schemes have closed, and the one thing to check before you spend — in the order that keeps the claim valid. No pitch, and nothing about our own fees.
